Vash the Stampede continues rampaging through the fights page, knocking out yet another character from Japanese manga with his recent victory over Zechs Merquise. Now it’s time for the Americans to get back into the fight, this time moving over to the Marvel Universe. Facing Vash now is Deadpool, the Merc With a Mouth. Like Vash, Deadpool is kind of a doofus. Also like Vash, he is capable of killing thousands of people if left unchecked. Unlike Vash, Deadpool doesn’t mind just flipping out and shooting folks. We’ll see if good intentions can stop sheer assholery.

Despite a spoken desire not to harm any living being, Vash has proven quite adept at kicking the crap out of anyone who has come across his path so far. Trying to put him down this time will be Zechs Merquise from Gundam Wing. Also known as the Thundercount, also known as Milliardo Peacecraft, Zechs seeks absolutely pacifism through killing millions and removing any desire for people to continue fighting. That strategy worked well against Batman, where he also managed to destroy the world. Hopefully he won’t go that far this time, as I’ve come to quite like the world.
Vash the Stampede is a pacifist who also happens to be one of the biggest badasses in the galaxy. Tenchi Masaki is a well-trained badass who happens to be one of the biggest schmoes in the galaxy. Despite his youthful awkwardness, however, he’s also an amazing ladies’ man who apparently makes every crazy woman he meets fall madly in love with him. Tenchi previously bested Luke Skywalker with the help of his superpowered would-be girlfriends. We’ll see if he can manage alone or if he’ll need them again here.
With three wins and no losses under his belt, Hellboy is becoming quite a force. Armed with an arsenal of weaponry, an assholic attitude, and an apocalyptic right fist, he has proven himself to be near invincible so far. Facing off against him is Vash the Stampede, the most wanted man in the universe. Despite his preaching about peace and love, he tends to wind up doing things like accidentally blowing up the moon. He managed to defeat Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop previously, and probably has a decent chance of accidentally winning this fight as well.
Of all the fight requests that have been sent my way, this one is the most requested matchup. It makes sense, too, as these guys are basically kindred spirits. In one corner we have Spike Spiegel, former Syndicate hitman and bounty hunter on the spaceship Bebop. Spike’s a slacker with badass martial art skills and a perfect aim. He can also take one hell of a beating. Facing him we have Vash the Stampede, hero of the popular anime Trigun and a badass with a heart of gold. Vash is seemingly immortal and has been declared an act of God by insurance companies for the damage that he inadvertently causes. He is also an absolute pacifist, doing his best not to hurt anyone and preaching the notions of peace and love…the frikkin’ hippie.
